Bring PLANET into your workplace.
Whole-person talks, facilitated sessions and workshops exploring how we THINK, GROW and CONNECT.
PLANET helps people navigate technology, ambition, creativity, connection and development without losing sight of the person at the centre.
People don't experience work in isolation.
Technology, career development, relationships, creativity, wellbeing and life outside work can all influence how we think, feel and contribute.
PLANET creates practical spaces to explore those connections.
Through talks, facilitated sessions and interactive workshops, we help people understand what is shaping them, identify what needs their attention and turn reflection into practical action.
We call the influences surrounding a person their orbit.
Our approach keeps the person at the centre, while recognising the role organisations, systems, culture and access play around them.
THINK . GROW . CONNECT
How we relate to technology. How we approach progress. How we connect the different parts of ourselves and the world around us.
Three ways to bring PLANET into your organisation
Think — Centred AI & Everyday Wellbeing
How can we use AI to reduce cognitive load without giving away our judgement?
AI can create useful breathing room — but it can also become another source of pressure, uncertainty or endless answers.
THINK explores practical ways people can use AI to support everyday thinking while keeping human context, privacy, critical judgement and agency at the centre.
Participants explore:
Using AI to unload and organise mental clutter
Exploring possibilities without treating AI as an authority
Turning messy thinking into useful next steps
Recognising boundaries, bias and over-reliance
Knowing when to return the decision to yourself
The PLANET practice:
UNLOAD → EXPLORE → ORGANISE → RETURN
Available as:
30-minute Talk • 60-minute Facilitated Session
Best suited to:
Early Careers • L&D • People & Culture • Teams navigating everyday AI adoption
Grow — Building a Career You Don't Need to Escape From
How can we remain ambitious without making pressure our primary source of progress?
Career development can easily become another source of pressure.
GROW takes a whole-person approach to development, helping participants explore the different influences surrounding their growth — from work and learning to wellbeing, creativity, relationships and community.
Participants then choose one influence — their orbit focus — and turn it into practical, sustainable progress.
Participants leave with:
A whole-person growth map
One clear orbit focus
One repeatable growth system
One support action
A realistic 30-day experiment
The PLANET Journey:
THINK → GROW → CONNECT
Available as:
90-minute Interactive Workshop
Best suited to:
Early Careers • Graduates • Apprentices • Career Development • Talent & Internal Mobility programmes
Connect — Connecting the Whole Person
How can connection to ourselves, our interests and other people expand the way we grow and contribute at work?
People bring more to work than a job title.
Creativity, identity, hobbies, relationships, community and previous experiences can all shape how we communicate, solve problems and develop.
CONNECT helps participants recognise those connections and explore how perspectives, capabilities and experiences from one part of life can strengthen another.
Participants explore:
What gives them energy and a sense of self
Transferable strengths beyond their job title
Where creativity, interests and experience overlap with work
People and spaces that can widen perspective
How to bring useful learning back into everyday life and work
The PLANET journey:
INWARD → ACROSS → OUTWARD → BACK
Available as:
30-minute Talk • 60-minute Facilitated Session
Best suited to:
Early Careers • Employee Networks • People & Culture • L&D • Career Development programmes
Why PLANET?
PLANET believes meaningful workplace wellbeing isn't created through one-off initiatives.
It's shaped through the everyday systems, conversations, environments and behaviours surrounding people.
Our sessions combine personal reflection, workplace experience, technology and practical exercises to help organisations turn thoughtful conversations into actions people can actually use.
Session Formats:
Choose the right format for your people
30 MINUTES — TALK
A focused introduction to a PLANET theme designed to provoke reflection and introduce practical ideas.
Good for: events, learning weeks, lunch-and-learns, employee networks and programme sessions.
60 MINUTES — FACILITATED SESSION
More space for conversation, reflection and practical exercises, with participants applying the ideas to their own context.
Good for: teams, development programmes, L&D sessions and smaller cohorts.
90 MINUTES — INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP
Our deepest format. Participants work through a structured learning journey and leave with tangible actions and resources.
Currently available through our flagship GROW workshop.
Sessions can be delivered virtually or in person and adapted around your audience, objectives and organisational context.
The PLANET approach
We keep the person at the centre.
WHOLE-PERSON
Work, creativity, relationships, technology and wellbeing don't exist in separate boxes.
PRACTICAL
Reflection should lead somewhere. Participants leave with something they can actually use.
HUMAN-CENTRED
Technology, productivity and development should support people — not become the measure of them.
SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Individual habits matter, but so do workload, management, culture, access and organisational expectations.
BUILD A LONGER-TERM PARTNERSHIP
PLANET is interested in relationships that go beyond a single session.
Organisations we work with can continue their journey through further THINK, GROW and CONNECT experiences, resources and future collaborative opportunities.
During PLANET's launch period, a limited number of organisations will also have the opportunity to join our Founding Partner Programme — helping shape our organisational work while receiving preferential access to future PLANET experiences.
